Day 1 – Wednesday 15th November 2023 - Round one at Mt Coolum.
- 8 am Shotgun start.
- Walking round. Carts may be booked via the Pro Shop.
- Lunch on completion of round.
- 2 Person Ambrose Team event.
- Live Mobile Scoring and Leaderboard.
Day 2 – Thursday 16th November 2023 - Round two at Palmer Coolum Golf Course.
- 9am shotgun start.
- Includes shared cart.
- Lunch included on completion.
- 2 Person Ambrose Team event.
- Live Mobile Scoring and Leaderboard.
Day 3 – Friday 17th November 2023 - Final round at Maroochy River Golf Club.
- 7.30 am Shotgun start.
- Includes shared cart
- Presentation lunch on completion of round
- 2 Person Ambrose Team event.
- Live Mobile Scoring and Leaderboard.
- Transfers and accommodation not included.

- Mt Coolum walking round. Carts may be booked via Mt Coolum Pro shop.
- Non Golf Link players are welcome, a daily handicap will be allocated for prizes.

- Maximum differential of team handicaps for males is 20.
- Maximum differential of team handicaps for Mixed Team (M+F) is 25.
- Any participant withdrawing from the tournament due to Covid within 48 hours of tee off will receive a credit.
- 14 day cancellation period prior to the event, after this date no refund will be issued.
