1) Overview
Betfocus is sponsoring select events leading up to the 2024/2025 Golfer Tour Finale. A specific hole will be designated as the "Par 3 Challenge" at selected events, where participants have the opportunity to win a cash prize by successfully making a hole-in-one.
2) Eligibility
All participants must be of legal age to participate in the tournament as per the governing rules of the hosting golf course and event.
3) Contest Details
The contest will take place during one designated par 3 hole at selected events.
Participants are only allowed one attempt to make a hole-in-one during the contest.
Only shots monitored by a Betfocus staff member are eligble to win a prize.The decision of Betfocus as to the validity or eligibility of an entrant and a shot is final.
4) Prize Pool
A total prize pool of $30,000 will be available to share among participants who successfully make a hole-in-one during the contest.
The distribution of the prize money will be determined based on the number of participants who achieve a hole-in-one. If only one participant makes a hole-in-one, they will receive the entire the $30,000.
If multiple participants ( eg 3 participants) all make a hole-in-one the prize will be split equally ( eg $10,000 each if 3 participants achieve this).
The prize will be divided among all eligible participants who achieve a hole-in-one in accordance with the number of successful attempts.
Prizes will be paid after the completion of all events in the series.
5) Verification
A Betfocus staff member will be responsible for verifying each hole-in-one attempt. Failure to have the attempt verified may result in disqualification.
6) General Conditions
Betfocus reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest for any reason including, but not limited to, events beyond its control. By participating in this contest, participates agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Betfocus may require winners to provide identification and may use their name and image for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7) Limitation of Liability
Betfocus shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize.
8) Governing Law
This contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of in the jurisdiction of NSW.
