• Event is open to players with and without an official AGU Handicap.
• Handicapped players will be in Division 1 and Non Handicapped players in Division 2
• Division 1 Players earn points for Golfer Tour Order of Merit
• Two Day Two Ball Ambrose Tournament (Friday + Saturday), Individual Stableford Competition on Sunday at The Dunes.

Day 1 Friday 25th March

• Transfers to Golf Course (10am from Launceston airport, please call before booking flights) and check into hotel (Lost Farm or The Dunes).
• Round one at Barnbougle Dunes 11am Two tee start – early tee times for people staying Thursday night.
• 2 Ball Ambrose Format
• Includes Pull Buggy
• Live Mobile Scoring and Leaderboard.
• Evening – Free Time
  
  Day 2 Saturday 26th March
• Breakfast
• Round Two of tournament at Lost Farm 7:30am Two Tee Start
• Includes Pull Buggy
• 2 Ball Ambrose Format
• Live Mobile Scoring and Leaderboard.
• Presentation dinner – Three Course Dinner in the stunning Lost Farm Restaurant.
  
  Day 3 Sunday 27th March
• Breakfast
• Individual Stableford Round at Barnbougle Dunes 7:30am Two Tee Start
• Includes Pull Buggy
• Individual Stableford Format
• Live Mobile Scoring and Leaderboard.
• Prize Giving on completion of Round
• Transfer back to airport. 2pm for Melbourne flights and 5pm for later flights.
  
  For guests wanting to stay Thursday night we will be offering a transfer from Launceston airport, please call before booking flights.

REVIEW FROM 2021 Trip

‘I don’t have enough superlatives to describe the trip to Barnbougle!

The layout of both the Dunes and Lost farm were unreal, the views of the ocean were breathtaking & the conditions and weather came a close second, making the 3 days thoroughly enjoyable.

When the wind blew the courses were a challenge, but extremely fun. Playing 2 man Ambrose in the first 2 days was the perfect format to allow players to not get disheartened with a wayward shot, and create a really fun team atmosphere.

The resort is setup well, and has everything you need onsite, meaning you can enjoy a drink and dinner post golf, without having to go out of your way.

Hugo and Jamie did an amazing job organising the trip, and ensured we were always in the right place at the right time, whether that was at 7am or 10pm. They genuinely cared about ensuring everyone had a memorable experience every day, and never switched off.

Although our standard of golf ended up being below average for the 3 days, it really didn’t matter, as we had so many laughs & met so many great people.

I would go on this trip again and again, it was truly a fantastic 3 days!’
