The Golf
Avondale Golf Club
Avondale is a private golf club tucked away in a hidden enclave on Sydney’s North Shore. The magnificent 18 hole Group 1 course (6,110m from the Championship Plates) was crafted in 1926 by Australian designer Eric Apperly, and has been refreshed by Ross Watson and now, Neil Crafter from Crafter + Mogford. Avondale is ranked Number 58 in the 2024 Golf Digest list of Australia’s top 100 golf courses. The 377-yard, par four, 10th is a feature hole at this vastly underrated course and it doglegs left (with out of bounds pressurizing the tee shot) before an approach is played downhill to the green.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
7 Day Cancellation Period
- 100% refundable as credit within 7 days of purchase if payment is made more than 30 days prior to the event.
- Otherwise the following applies:
Cancellations
- 31+ days prior to the event: 100% refundable as credit.
- 14–31 days prior to the event: 50% refundable as credit; however, a full credit may be issued if waitlist entries can be substituted.
- 14–0 days prior to the event: Non-refundable; however, a full credit may be issued if waitlist entries can be substituted.
Credits
- Credit can be used on any of our events or deals for 12 months following cancellation.
