The Golf

The Pines

The Pines golf course, Australia’s only Arnold Palmer signature course, has recently undergone a $5 million transformation. The course-wide restoration of its greens, new bunkering on the par-5 17th hole, the rebuild of teeing grounds, a new irrigation infrastructure, as well as new target greens and white-face artificial bunkers on the double-ended practice range have elevated The Pines golf course to one of Australia’s most esteemed private golf course destinations. 

The Palms

The Palms golf course has undergone an $8.8 million reconstruction in recent years and was redesigned by renowned golf course architect Ross Watson. After its reopening in April 2011, The Palms is considered a championship course rivalling some of the best golf courses in Australia, now ranked in Australian Golf Digest’s Top 50 golf courses. It has a total length of 5904 metres off the championship tees, and has numerous water features and hazards. Nestled within century old Cabbage Palms, The Palms golf course is a return to the traditions of the game, with distinctive holes, deep greenside bunkers and boldly contoured greens requiring creative shot making.

The Itinerary

Day 1 – Sunday 19th October 2025

• Welcome party at TopGolf Gold Coast at 5.30pm
• 2-hours of golf on the top level of Top Golf Gold Coast and a ‘Backyard BBQ’ buffet including a delicious range of American style meats and sides

Day 2 – Monday 20th October 2025

• Round 1 at Sanctuary Cove The Pines course (2-person ambrose format)
• 7.00am bacon and egg roll with tea and coffee
• Complimentary range balls
• ‘Crazy Putt’ competition
• 8.00am shotgun start
• Includes shared cart
• Gourmet lunch on completion in members-only clubhouse

Day 3 – Tuesday 21st October 2025

• Round 2 at Sanctuary Cove The Palms course (2-person ambrose format)
• 7.00am bacon and egg rolls barista tea and coffee
• Complimentary range balls
• ‘Putt for Prizes’ competition
• 8.00am shotgun start
• Gourmet lunch on completion in members-only clubhouse
• Prize presentation
• 3.30pm conclusion

Event Terms

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions for this Offer

Rules of Entry:

• To qualify for the Series Final the players of each team must have at least 5 registered Golf Link scores (Competition rounds) in the 10 months prior to the finale.
• Please RSVP and pay for your entry spot by 14th September 2025, otherwise your spot will be forfeited.
• Players must qualify through their relevant State’s Order of Merit.
• Top two players from each state’s Order of Merit receive free entry into the Race Series Finale.
• All additional Finale spots are based on Order of Merit ranking at the conclusion of the qualifying period.
• Max handicap spread for Male, Male Teams is 18.
• Max handicap spread for Male, Female Teams is 20.
• 7 drives each must be taken.

If a player’s partner is not available for the final then an alternate may be sourced with the same handicap or not greater variance than 5 strokes from the original partner.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

• 100% refundable as full credit within 14 days of purchase if the deposit is made more than 90 days prior to the event.
• After 14 days, deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• 31+ days prior to the event: 50% refundable as credit, however, a full credit may be issued if waitlist entries can be substituted.
• 14–31 days prior to the event: Non-refundable, however, a credit may be issued if waitlist entries can be substituted.
• 14–0 days prior to the event: Non-refundable.

Twin Share Packages

• If you select a twin share package but do not have a partner, you will be charged the single-player package rate.

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is not included and recommended.

Credits

• Credit can be used on any of our events or deals for 12 months following cancellation.
