The Golf
Bonville Golf Resort
Situated at the foot of the Great Dividing Range and only 20 minutes from Coffs Harbour is Bonville Golf Resort. Bonville Golf Resort, often described as ‘Australia’s Augusta National’ is consistently acknowledged as Australia’s most beautiful golf course
The course was designed by Terry Watson & Ted Stirling and completed in 1992. Their vision was to create a par 72 championship golf course out of the surrounding rainforest landscape that would appeal to golfers of all standards.
Surrounded by towering Tallowood and Ironbark trees, you will be amazed by the tranquility and peacefulness of the surroundings. The course has been moulded from the gently undulating terrain with winding creeks and ponds adding to the unique landscape.

Flooded Gums Restaurant
We host our presentation dinner at the incredible Flooded Gums Restaurant at Bonville Golf Resort. Enjoy an incredible three-course meal whilst taking in the view of the subtly lit flooded gum lined fairways.
The resort’s signature restaurant has previously been awarded a ‘Chef Hat’ for its impeccable service and esteemed cuisine. The modern seasonal menu provides diners with that the freshest local produce accompanied with the finest wines from all over the world.
Join us for lunch and presentation dinner in the Flooded Gums Restaurant. The presentation includes a huge selection of prizes worth over $3000 for golfers in both Division’s 1 and 2. Prizes are awarded based on overall performance and we also award ‘Nearest to the Pin’s’, ‘Longest Drive’s’ and other novelty prizes.

Day 1 – Thursday 29th February 2024
- Players arrive and check-in/register during the morning
- Round 1 at Bonville Golf Resort (2-person ambrose format)
- 12.30 am shotgun start
- Includes shared cart
- Live Mobile Scoring and Leaderboard
- Three-course dinner (Flooded Gums Restaurant) following golf
- 1 Nights Accommodation at Bonville Golf Resort (Twin Share / Double)
Day 2 – Friday 1st March 2024
- Breakfast
- Round 2 at Bonville Golf Resort (2-person ambrose format)
- 7 am shotgun start
- Includes shared cart
- 2-Person Ambrose Team event
- Live Mobile Scoring and Leaderboard
- Presentation Lunch (Flooded Gums Restaurant) on completion of round
Other details
- Event is open to players with and without an official AGU Handicap
- Handicapped players will be in Division 1 and Non-Handicapped players in Division 2. Division 1 Players earn points for Golfer Tour Order of Merit
- Prizes will be available for both divisions
